Approx. 30 private and pristine acres, nestled near the entrance to Wells Gray Provincial Park on Clearwater Valley Road. Summer hiking opportunities abound along with cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter. Golf is close by as well as boating. This property is truly an outdoor enthusiast's dream. Further north of this property is the renowned Helmcken Falls (15-20 minutes). Helmcken Falls forms a magnificent ice cone in the winter. Another 15 minutes will take you to Clearwater and Azure Lakes - superior for canoeing, kayaking and back country camping.

South of this property is everyone’s favourite, Trophy Mountain (15 minutes). Climbing to the top of Trophy is an unforgettable experience. With fields of glacier lilies and a panoramic view of lakes in the tundra you will likely want to make this an annual climb.

Play golf at a course 15 minutes north of the property while viewing snow capped mountains in the summer or play on a course just south of Clearwater, depending on your preference.

It is about 30 minutes to the town of Clearwater with schools, a library and a hospital. Clearwater has grocery stores, florists, hardware stores, restaurants, sporting goods (such as white water rafting) and much more.
